RETURN POLICY
All returns require proof of purchase. Please include Proof of Purchase with your return when you send it back or your return will not be processed.

ORDER CANCELLATION/ ORDER CHANGE POLICY
If a customer wants to cancel or change an order that has already been placed, they must contact our business office by email at maccabeesllc144@gmail.com and speak to our sales team. We will make every effort to stop the order (or make the requested changes). However, if the customer does not email in time, and we are unable to stop the order (or make the requested changes) then the customer is still responsible for the order. We will request an e-mail for a confirmation.
SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to get every order out as soon as possible. Orders will ship within one to two business days. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding national holidays and any day our office is closed as announced in our weekly e-mail newsletter.
Shipping insurance
Insurance is automatically provided on all packages. The cost of this insurance is included in the freight charge and therefore passed on to the customer.
AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using this Website and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Maccabees Security LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable to any person for (a): any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of the content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity) however caused, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation, contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence or otherwise, even if Maccabees Security LLC has been advised as to the possibility of such damages or could have foreseen such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Maccabees Security LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors, relating to the services will be limited to an amount greater than one dollar or any amounts actually paid in cash by you to Maccabees Security LLC for the prior one month period prior to the first event or occurrence giving rise to such liability. The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails of its essential purpose.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Maccabees Security LLC and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages, or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third-party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted against any of them as a result of or relating to your Content, your use of the Website or Services or any willful misconduct on your part.
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Website or its Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Website and its Services.
Shipping and Selling Restrictions
The following list reflects the best information we have at this time and may or may not be complete. In no way should this be regarded as the final word on the legal status of self-defense products. Nor, is this list intended to take the place of legal counsel, or be looked at as being any form of legal advice. Please check with your state and county authorities to obtain the latest information on the legality of self-defense products in your area. As a reminder, it is the responsibility of the end-user of any of our products to check their local and state laws to determine the legality of that product.
Advisory to our Customers:
Maccabees Security LLC is a Louisiana based purveyor of products intended to be used in individual self-defense. The United States is unique in that its Constitution recognizes and preserves to an individual the right to possess and publicly carry weapons in common use. Most state Constitutions have similar reservations of rights for the
benefit of citizens.
Notwithstanding, some restrictions at all levels - federal, state, and local- apply to commerce and transfers of various item sold by Maccabees Security LLC. We do not undertake to advise as to state and local laws. That responsibility rests with our customers.
Information on knife laws, for instance, is available on the American
Knife & Tool Institute (akti.org) website. Maccabees Security LLC is
a member of that organization but has no control over the information
presented and does not vouch for the accuracy of the same.

Legal Restrictions
High capacity magazines will not be shipped to the following locations unless the appropriate permit authorizing receipt is on file prior to shipment. There may be exceptions to these restrictions for military and law enforcement orders:

California - No magazines over 10rds.
Colorado – No magazines over 15rds, FFL exemptions apply
Connecticut - No magazines over 10rds.
D.C. - No magazines over 10rds.
Hawaii - No pistol magazines over 10rds.
Aurora, IL - No magazines over 15rds.
Chicago, IL - No magazines over 15rds.
Franklin Park, IL - No magazines over 16rds.
Oak Park, IL - No magazines over 10rds.
Riverdale, IL - No magazines over 35rds.
Maryland - No magazines over 10rds.
Massachusetts - No magazines over 10rds.
New Jersey - No magazines over 10rds, FFL exemptions apply
New York - No magazines over 10rds. (The law states that one cannot load more than 7 rounds in the magazine)
Vermont - No rifle magazines over 10rds & no pistol magazines over 15rds.
Washington - No magazines over 10rds.
APO/FPO - No shipments of any kind.
